Towanda’s career spans more than 30 years of exceptional growth and expertise in business analysis. She began as a software developer, quickly distinguishing herself through her aptitude for complex problem-solving and strategic planning. Her progression into roles as a Business Analyst and later a Business Transformation Analyst highlights her unique ability to blend technological knowledge with strong business acumen.

Her contributions to the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) as a policy reviewer, along with her leadership in community education initiatives, reflect her steadfast dedication to creating inclusive and equitable learning environments.
